Motorsport has always been driven by innovation.
Every technological breakthrough, every new racing category, and every evolution in competition has transformed the way drivers, teams, and fans experience the sport. Today, that evolution is also happening in the digital world, where high-end racing simulators, esports, and emerging technologies are redefining how talent is discovered, developed, and connected to new opportunities.
With this vision in mind, the Automóvil Club de Costa Rica (ACCR) and Omega Experiences(Omega Exp) have announced a strategic alliance to build a national platform that will accelerate the growth of digital motorsport in Costa Rica over the coming years.
Innovation Is More Than Technology
When people think about innovation, they often think only about new technologies.
In reality, innovation is about creating new ways to connect people, design meaningful experiences, and build communities around a shared vision.

Official signing of the ACCR + Omega Experiences agreement.
That is exactly what this partnership is designed to accomplish. Rather than focusing solely on organizing competitions, the initiative aims to create an ecosystem where competition, education, technology, and talent development work together to generate long-term opportunities within digital motorsport.
Because the future of motorsport depends not only on faster cars, but also on creating environments where new generations can learn, compete, and grow.
Building an Ecosystem for Talent

XP Series – First project under the framework of this partnership.
For many aspiring drivers, entering competitive motorsport has traditionally involved significant barriers.
Digital motorsport is changing that reality by creating new pathways through advanced simulation, official competitions, and structured talent development aligned with international standards.
This partnership between ACCR and Omega Experiences is designed to strengthen that pathway.
The National Digital Motorsport Championships will serve as the first step within a broader platform created to identify emerging talent, support long-term development, and expand participation for drivers, competitors, and motorsport enthusiasts.
However, the vision extends well beyond a single championship. The goal is to build a sustainable community where talent can continuously develop and new opportunities can emerge.
Connecting Innovation, Education, and Industry

The agreement runs until December 2028—Omega Exp will be the exclusive developer of the ACCR Official National Championships.
At Omega Experiences, we believe the most impactful experiences are created when different industries collaborate around a common purpose.
That is why this alliance goes beyond competition. It also creates opportunities for collaboration with universities, educational institutions, industry partners, and organizations interested in advancing innovation through motorsport.
Digital motorsport is more than racing. It helps develop strategic thinking, teamwork, technical skills, event production, communication, data analysis, and many other capabilities that are increasingly valuable in today's digital economy.
It represents a new way of understanding sport—not only as competition, but as a platform for developing people, communities, and industries.
When Experience Meets Innovation
The Automóvil Club de Costa Rica contributes more than seventy years of leadership as the country's National Sporting Authority recognized by the FIA, providing the institutional foundation and official framework for the development of motorsport.
Omega Experiences brings a complementary vision focused on designing innovation ecosystems where esports, gaming, technology, immersive experiences, and community development come together.
By combining these strengths, the partnership creates a platform capable of evolving alongside the industry while delivering value to competitors, educational institutions, commercial partners, and future generations of motorsport enthusiasts.
This is not simply about organizing championships.
It is about helping shape the future of digital motorsport in Costa Rica.
